Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package right to your door.

Return Policy

We want you to love your pieces—but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Options:

• Within 7 days of delivery: Eligible for a full refund (minus original shipping) or an exchange

• Within 8–14 days of delivery: Eligible for store credit only

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Tags must still be attached

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return:
Email us at info@mbsfit.co with your order number and reason for return.

Damages & Issues

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@mbsfit.co so we can make it right.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Items that are worn, damaged, missing tags, or not in original packaging

Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

• If approved for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

• If eligible for store credit, you’ll receive a code via email
